The judge of Los Angeles said that Lindsay Lohan violated the terms of her probation and sentence her a 90 days in jail. Lohan was not sent directly to jail but she need to surrender by July 20 and she will be undergo to rehabilitation program after 90 days in jail.

Michael the father of Lindsay said he never give drugs or even alcohol to her daughter. He was attained during the hearing. After the sentencing of Lohan, her spokesperson came out and talked with the media.

The Los Angeles spokesperson Whitemore said Lindsay Lohan may be released on house arrest.
